When the holidays are over, gift yourself (or a dear friend) half a day to tune in, reset and restart. Taking a few hours off on a Saturday will leave you fresh in your body, and mind and nourished. As this is right after Full Moon which is the time to let go and create space, we will work with intentions for that during the practice. So bring your journal along.
The practice
The opening meditation will be followed by asana and pranayama practice to smoothly and at the same time powerfully find our core and courage. An extended Savasana will take place afterward for a deep and nourishing rest and a healing sound bath.
The teacher
Aida has been teaching yoga for 10 years, her natural calm presence guides you to dive deeper into practice, reaching the more subtle corners of the body-mind. She teaches in English.
